Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use QRInk. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You're responsible for the content and destinations of the QR codes you create. You agree not to use QRInk to generate codes that link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or material that infringes on others' rights.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create, such as logos and destination URLs. By using QRInk, you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Some features require a paid plan. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

We aim to keep QRInk reliable, including dynamic QR redirects, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may stop using QRInk and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

QRInk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before they take effect.
